Project Details
Pollard Construction have been developing a £7.6 million 132-bed student accommodation project on the former Rougemont Telephone Exchange site in Queen Street in Exeter. The project is set to complete for the 2017-2018 academic year with on-site works now reaching their final stages.
AF Protection have been working with Pollard Construction in order to complete the fire stopping and penetration sealing package within the building according to the fire strategy plans. Operatives have been working on site for over 6 weeks now, and should be set to complete within the coming weeks in accordance with the scheduled programme.
